Worth knowing

What sits outside the quote

These are the costs people are most often surprised by, so here they are up front.

Domain registration and hosting fees

These are paid to the registrar and the host, not to us. We will tell you roughly what to expect and set everything up.

Paid advertising

If you want to run Google or Meta ads, that budget goes to the platform. We do not currently manage ad accounts.

Professional photography

We can work with the photos you have. If you want new ones taken, that is a separate cost with a local photographer.

Ongoing changes after launch

Small updates are quick and billed as needed. There is no compulsory monthly plan.

Supporting service

Website Management

Once your site is live you can keep handling updates yourself, or hand them to us. Content changes, new photos, an extra page, small fixes and the general technical upkeep. It is billed as you need it rather than as a contract you have to think about.

  • Content and price updates
  • Photo and image changes
  • New pages when you add a service
  • Small layout and copy fixes
  • Technical maintenance and performance checks

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

You will always know what is happening and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

We start with a conversation. What you do, who your customers are, what you want the website to accomplish and what has not been working. No forms full of jargon.

  2. 02

    We design and build

We handle the design, the writing structure, the development and the technical setup. You get updates as it comes together, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  3. 03

    You review it

You see the finished website before anyone else does. Tell us what to change and we change it. This is the part where we get the wording and the details right.

  4. 04

    We launch

Once you approve it, we connect the domain, set up the SSL, submit the site to Google and make sure the forms reach your inbox. Then it is live.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Ask a question
How much does a website cost?

Most small business websites we build start between $299 and $1,299 depending on how many pages you need and how much custom work is involved. Pricing on our pricing page is a starting point. Once we know what your business needs, you get an exact number before any work begins.

How long does a website take to build?

A small site is usually ready in about a week. A larger one takes longer, mostly because of the review rounds and gathering photos and content. We give you a timeline before we start, and the biggest factor is normally how quickly we can get information back from you.

Do you provide hosting?

We can set hosting up for you and handle the technical side, or work with whatever you already have. Either way you own your domain and your website. We will explain what you are paying for so there are no surprise renewals.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. After launch you can send us changes as you need them. Updating prices, swapping photos, adding a service page or fixing something small. There is no requirement to sign up for a monthly plan.

What do you need from me to get started?

A rough idea of what you want and some basic information about your business. Your services, your service area, any photos you have and your contact details. If you do not have photos or written content yet, that is normal and we will work through it with you.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us about your business and we will recommend the option that makes the most sense. If a smaller job would do the trick, we will say so.
